Common Questions:
Can our helmets be used for a motorcycle or paintball/airsoft?
No. We do not make anything with a safety rating. Our helmets are made pretty durable, but they can not hold up to high impact or crash testing.
Do we ship to countries outside of the United States?
Yes. We ship to countries all over the world. There are really only a few that we can not ship to. The list tends to fluctuate, but as long as the USPS ships there, so can we.
Can our helmets be worn and seen out of?
Yes. Our helmets are made for cosplay and you can see out of the visors, but not in. Our visors work like a 1 way mirror. As long as no light is on the inside, you can see out just fine. It is like wearing a pair of dark sunglasses.
Do the helmets have padding?
No. Our helmets do not come with it as standard, because many people just want it for display. But we do offer padding as a separate item in our store. Click here for padding
Can we make custom helmets?
Yes and no. We use molds for all of our helmets, so we are limited to the molds that we have. We can customize any of the helmets that we have on our website with just about any paint job. If you do not see the helmet you are looking for, let us know. We have an ongoing build list and there is a chance that it is on there. We do not do custom one offs since they are usually 4 times as much as our standard ones.
Can we make custom visors?
No. The initial setup for a visor is very lengthy and expensive. It is typically not worth it for just one visor. You can not send us a 3d printed forming buck, as our vacuum former is too strong. The intense heat and pressure will crush it, we have tried many over the years and they all fail. We are gradually adding more to our selection, so if there is a specific one you are looking for let us know, there is a chance me may be offering it soon.
Can we make armor to go with our helmets?
Not at the moment, but we do have plans to start armor production very soon.
Do we offer helmets in custom sizes?
No. We use molds for our helmets, so we are limited to the sizes that they are made. We do our best to scale them to fit most average sized heads. Some of our helmets are made in 2 sizes. The neck opening is typically the most narrow part of a helmet and the inside is larger. Usually the last images on each page show how wide the neck opening is. Measure the width of your head to see if it will fit. Sometimes we can trim them slightly wider if needed.
