Clean Paint

This is an add on if you are wanting a very clean, from the factory look on your finished helmet. Typically a high gloss or semi gloss with no weathering. Clean paint jobs are surprisingly a lot more work than our standard matte paint jobs with light weathering. The initial setup work for a shiny finish requires a few extra steps, so it costs more to do. If very minor weathering is still wanted, it should only be done with the semi gloss. It looks out of place on the high gloss.
 
Please message us prior to ordering as some "pearl effect" paint jobs cost more. A pearl paint is typically a transparent paint with color shifting pigments. The possibilities are endless here. High gloss paints show the full depth of a pearl paint, just like a high quality show car. Semi gloss still shows some of the pearl effect, but it will be more subtle. A matte finish will not show any of the pearl, so we do not offer it.
 
We can replicate just about any finish so message us with whatever you are looking for.
 
The base price covers standard solid and metallic colors. Exotic colors would be subtle ghost pearls, candy, chameleon, and color shifting. The exotic colors tend to only look good with the high gloss. If you have seen a beautiful color on a car, show us and most likely we can do it.
