Emile Helmet
This is a resin cast helmet, as seen in Halo Reach. This is a fan made replica, and neither myself nor this product is affiliated with Microsoft or 343i. The current turnaround time for a finished helmet is over a month.
This helmet is cast hollow from a durable polyurethane casting resin. A raw kit will still need to be painted and assembled. The helmet may required minor filling and sanding prior to being painted. The neck opening is rough trimmed, so you will need to trim it down. A raw helmet is only available with clean Emile visors. A finished Emile helmet will have a gold and chrome textured visor, and the gunmetal paint job matching the pictures. A finished Emile helmet with a weathered visor is the same as a standard finished Emile helmet, but the visor is painted and weathered to look etched and scratched. If you would like a custom paint job, please message before ordering. Finished helmets may take over a month to produce.
This is the most accurate and perfect Emile helmet helmet on earth. It is full size for an adult, and weighs 2.5 lbs. Fits up to a 23" head. Larger heads can fit, but modifications may be needed. The visor is vac formed out of clear plastic, and chrome plated on the inside. Then tinted gold. Visibility is very good. Visibility is not as clear on the weathered visor. The last picture shows the visibility from the inside of the weathered visor. The back neck section is removable and held in place with magnets.
The HUL attachment is optional on the right side of the helmet. It is designed to be screwed or glued onto the helmet for maximum durability. Metallic gunmetal is the standard finish for this part. If you would like a different color, please don't hesitate to ask.
