We are currently setting up a new shop. Raw helmets ship out within a week. Finished helmets can be ordered, but the current turnaround time is about a month.
 
This is the helmet you have all been waiting for. This is a resin cast helmet, based off of a concept helmet by Johnson Ting. This is a fan made replica, and neither myself nor this product is affiliated with Microsoft or 343i.  The current turnaround time for a finished helmet is 1 month. Raw helmets ship out within a week.
 
This helmet is cast hollow from a durable polyurethane casting resin.  A raw kit will still need to be trimmed, painted and assembled. The helmet may required minor filling and sanding prior to being painted. The neck opening is rough trimmed, so you will need to trim it down. Raw helemts include the resin helmet, clear visor and clear skull. A finished helmet will look just like the picture, with a metallic gray paint job, blue tinted visor, and the light up skull. If you would like a custom paint job, please message me before ordering. Finished helmets may take up to 1 month to produce.
 
This helmet is not made for wearing. The helmet is made to fit an average sized head, but with the skull in place, it makes it so that only very small heads can fit inside. The skull is not removable. 23” heads or less.
