Helmet Trimming Service

Do you want to order one of our raw helmet kits, but don't want the trouble of trimming it? Don't know how much to trim it to get the visor to fit? Well this is the service for you!
 
By adding this to your cart, when you order a raw helmet, we will do all of the trimming to the visor and neck areas. All cleanup is done, and it will be ready for primer right out of the box. It is recomended that you still lightly sand the surface with a 300 grit sanding sponge and wipe the surface down prior to applying any paint or primer.
 
A second option is also available for us to prime it after trimming. This way it is ready for paint right out of the box. We do all necessary prep work for propper paint adhesion, and use an automotive primer. We still recomend a light sanding and a quick wipe down before applying your paint for best results.
 
There is an additional processing time for these services. It can vary depending on our current work load, but it can take up to 2 weeks to ship out a helmet with this trimming and priming service.
 
It is not necessary to add this to your cart if you are ordering a finished helmet. This must be added with a raw helmet.
