This is a casting from a 3D print of a helmet, as seen in a very popular new sci-fi show. This is a fan made replica, and neither myself nor this product is affiliated with Any of the studios involved with making the movie.
 
This helmet is made from an impact resistant polyurethane casting resin. It is very durable and lightweight. 
 
Finished helmets are painted with Alumaluster, and then painted and aged to look like a realistic version from the Rebels show. The season 3 helmet is pictured, but we can do any of the other versions from the Rebels show.
 
 
It comes in 3 sizes.
The small is intended for those with a more petite hat size, fitting approximately up to a hat size 7 1/8. 
 
The medium will fit most average head sizes,
fitting approximately up to a hat size 7.25. 
 
The large will fit most average head sizes, 
fitting approximately up to a hat size 8.
